a player lost all his ingame progress and EA can't help

Hi @xcDeath The player in that thread will just need to keep trying with EA Help, since they're the people who can restore missing progress. Without seeing their cases to view all information, it's incredibly difficult to know the exact reason for their issue or why agents haven't been able to help them so far.

EA most definitely can assist every player in the mentioned issue, players have to explain their situation in detail so they can get adequate assistance. As @ElliotLH said it's incredibly hard to say anything about why their case is not solved without knowing the exact details of the case.
