I completely agree with you, right now the cheaters are free to play without any punishment and they do it without problems in front of everyone because they remain unpunished, despite the reports. I'm thinking of abandoning the game forever now it's evident that the developers don't do anything about it.
@Macina I advise you do. I did so months back and I am happier now playing other games that do not have mass cheaters.
