Account Blocking
"Battlefield 5" was bought on Steam at 9:32 on November 28. After playing for a few days, my account was blocked. At 5:00 p.m. yesterday, my account was banned and sent me a red letter saying that I had violated the terms of sale. I contacted Steam customer service to reply that my account was all right, but I had to contact EA to lift the ban. Quickly unblock my account. I have a record of my purchase on Steam.
- Hi @LongLaAMeng Sorry, but there's nobody here who can revoke a ban. You'll need to contact EA's Terms of Service team to appeal.
