An appeal cannot be submitted at EAHelp

My account was banned for no reason. I submitted an appeal, but there was no record of it in the case

I created a case with another account to appeal, but all the responses suggested that I should use the banned account to appeal, even though I had already explained that the banned account was unable to submit an appeal.

I don't know what to do anymore.
