Accout bug
I unlinked and relinked my EA account -xbox account back again, and now every couple of months my game settings randomly reset.
I tried contacting EA help support live chat and they weren't able to assist me.
The game is Battlefield v.

Hello. If you have already tried these steps, please ignore this message. Launch the game offline, proceed to campaign mode, and configure your preferred settings. Make sure to reach a checkpoint so that the game is saved locally. Afterwards, reconnect and launch the game online. If you see a sync error warning that says "Cloud data and local data do not match," select "Local data" (or "Upload to Cloud") and overwrite the corrupted cloud file with the "Master" settings.
