weapon mastery not received. ea help says they can't give me the assignment.
After reaching lvl 10 with the sjögrun shotgun I didn't receive the mastery assignment and i checked all the things to do as per the FAQ. (also missing the urban blue sight skin so i'm guessing it's a lvl progress bug) After I reached out to ea help where an advisor was able to grant me the previously completed masteries for the classes but not for the weapon so he told me to go play a round to see if it would update but it didn't. I reached out later and the new advisor did the same and now the proficiencies for the classes also reappeared. I was quite addement and shared screenshots that I particularly meant this weapon but even after asking his senior colleagues and the team he said they dont grant weapon rewards as it is an ingame process. I fail to understand how the ingame process for the class masteries/proficiencies is any different from the weapon onces and am wondering if anyone knows what to do if ea help is also insufficient.
Battlefield 5 Slow Startup and Long Loading Time
Update (Edited: 06-08-2025): Even BF6's open beta loads fine on the same PC—just 50 seconds from clicking "Play" to reaching the main menu. Update (Edited: 30-07-2025): Performed a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and the game still takes over two minutes to load. A friend of mine with a different setup is experiencing the same issue. I suspect the problem is related to the anti-cheat or the game itself. Everything seemed to be running smoothly—until I noticed that launching BF5 now takes significantly longer than it used to. Only BF5 is affected, I timed it with a stopwatch and the startup consistently takes around 2.5 minutes. The other games' load time from pressing play till it enters full-screen are: BF3 = 12 Seconds BF4 = 16 Seconds BF1 = 40 Seconds Issue description: After clicking Play in the EA App, the EA Anti-Cheat launches and initializes normally. Once the Anti-Cheat finishes, there's a 30-33 second delay before the game window appears. The game remains in small window and shows a black screen for another 50-60 seconds. Eventually, the game maximizes into a full-screen window and loads the title screen. Once fully open, the game runs fine, except it loads map extremely slowly as well. Here's what I've tried so far: Confirmed that Windows and NVIDIA drivers are fully up to date. Repaired, reinstalled, and cleared the cache for both the EA App and BF5. Ran both the EA App and BF5 with administrator privilege and in offline + clean boot. Ran both the EA App and BF5 on a different SSD, ensure SSD firmware are up to date. Performed a reinstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU; cleared DirectX and NVIDIA GL caches. Reinstalled Windows using the "Fix problems with Windows Update" in-place upgrade. Reset BIOS to default settings, did a CMOS reset too. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions. System crashed and screen freezed
Battlefiled 1, Battlefiled V and Battlefiled 2042 crashed. When I launch games, running about 10 minutes, the screen been freezed, I can't move mouse, and keyboard not available. Computer be freezed. I use another device to ping my PC, it timeout. no crash dumps appear, also Windows can't catch dumps, no blue screen. I think CPU be freeze? System no responsive. Freezing every second when in-game however can move the cursor
I decided to install Battlefield V again after a while and every time I enter a game the game just freezes then is fine then freezes again then is fine once again its like it happens every second and when i finally am able to run around it just freezes then unfreezes I cannot for the life of me understand what is happening, is anyone else having this issue as its starting to irritate the life out of me SPECS RTX 4080 SUPER GIGABYTE, I9-14900KF, 32GB DDR5, 2TB NVME.Community server bug
I have been having this issue where when i create a community server the server is always NA rather than EU (when i live in eu and should be put in an eu server). Ive been having this problem already for a while now and it seems like this problem is happening more often than usual in recent times and its starting to get really irritating since its happening almost daily. Does anyone have a fix to this problem or is it a bug which will be repaired? Note: when I dont get eu I shut down server and restart it repeatedly but never works, ive tried changing some settings on the game but it never works, I made my friends try to create a server but even they have the same problem and it seems that the only solution is to wait hours to try again and finally get eu. Hope someone knows something about this!
