Regarding submitting a new support case
I filed an appeal right after my account was permanently banned, yet there has been no progress for an entire month. My appeal status has remained "under review" without any further updates. Now I am trying to create a new support case, but the submit button does not respond at all after I fill in all information. Could you please let me know if this is a webpage bug, or if player appeals are no longer being accepted?45Views0likes6CommentsMissing content
Hi, My level unlock rewards in Battlefield V are bugged. I have already reached the required levels (Recon Level 10 and Support Level 10), but both the ZH-29 and Lewis Gun are still locked and showing the message "Available next round". I have already tried checking the Armory, playing Combined Arms, and restarting the game, but nothing helped. Could you please sync my profile and unlock these weapons on my account. Platform: PS4 Thank you.Solved20Views0likes1CommentBattlefield 5 Slow Startup and Long Loading Time
Update (Edited: 06-08-2025): Even BF6's open beta loads fine on the same PC—just 50 seconds from clicking "Play" to reaching the main menu. Update (Edited: 30-07-2025): Performed a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and the game still takes over two minutes to load. A friend of mine with a different setup is experiencing the same issue. I suspect the problem is related to the anti-cheat or the game itself. I’ve attached a screen recording to this forum post showing the problem, including an on-screen stopwatch and Task Manager for reference. Original Post: For EA Staff & Devs Bug Report ID: 6ad91d36-9f32-4e49-98f0-e1c42c510896 Help Case ID: #215668482 I recently updated the BIOS and Windows on my laptop. Everything seemed to be running smoothly—until I noticed that launching BF5 now takes significantly longer than it used to. Only BF5 is affected, I timed it with a stopwatch and the startup consistently takes around 2.5 minutes. The other games' load time from pressing play till it enters full-screen are: BF3 = 12 Seconds BF4 = 16 Seconds BF1 = 40 Seconds Issue description: After clicking Play in the EA App, the EA Anti-Cheat launches and initializes normally. Once the Anti-Cheat finishes, there's a 30-33 second delay before the game window appears. The game remains in small window and shows a black screen for another 50-60 seconds. Eventually, the game maximizes into a full-screen window and loads the title screen. Once fully open, the game runs fine, except it loads map extremely slowly as well. Here's what I've tried so far: Confirmed that Windows and NVIDIA drivers are fully up to date. Repaired, reinstalled, and cleared the cache for both the EA App and BF5. Ran both the EA App and BF5 with administrator privilege and in offline + clean boot. Ran both the EA App and BF5 on a different SSD, ensure SSD firmware are up to date. Performed a reinstall of the NVIDIA driver using DDU; cleared DirectX and NVIDIA GL caches. Reinstalled Windows using the "Fix problems with Windows Update" in-place upgrade. Reset BIOS to default settings, did a CMOS reset too. Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue, and I’m starting to run out of ideas. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or suggestions. For reference (especially if any DICE developers are reading this), here’s the BIOS update I installed: https://support.hp.com/nz-en/drivers/swdetails/omen-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-16-k0000/model/2101129710/swItemId/ob-348379-1 I’ve also attached my DxDiag file to this post in case it’s helpful.3.8KViews11likes17Commentsbattlefield v is not lunching anymore
Hi everyone, I have a 1‑month EA Play subscription through Steam. I installed BF1 and BFV. BF1 works perfectly, but BFV stopped launching after 2 days. When I click "Play", the "Preparing Game" pop‑up appears, then nothing – only the EA app opens. The game never starts. I tried: Launching from Steam and EA app – same issue Reinstalling EA app Verifying game files on Steam (all fine) Restarting PC and updating drivers BF1 still works fine, so the problem seems specific to BFV. Any ideas? Thanks!12Views0likes0CommentsBattlefield V cannot launch after uninstalling Battlefield Lab
I am seeking assistance regarding a "DirectX device creation error" that renders Battlefield V completely unplayable. The error claims my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU does not support DirectX 11.0. Standard troubleshooting steps have failed to resolve the issue. I have already utilized Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the NVIDIA drivers and performed a clean installation via the NVIDIA App. Additionally, I have cleared the EA App cache, verified the game file integrity on Steam, and reinstalled Battlefield V today, but the error persists and the game still will not launch. This problem originated last year after I participated in the Battlefield Lab alpha and beta test. Immediately following the uninstallation of Battlefield Lab, Battlefield V became entirely unlaunchable, producing this specific error. I do not have Battlefield 2042 or Battlefield 6 installed now, so I cannot confirm if other Frostbite engine titles are similarly affected. I have already researched this issue on the EA Forum and Reddit, and I noticed that other affected players seem to have no effective solution to this day: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/battlefield-v-en/after-deleting-bf6-beta-i-cant-play-bf5/12501303 https://www.reddit.com/r/BattlefieldV/comments/1t6xije/help_battlefield_v_showing_rtx_4050_does_not/ It appears that the uninstallation of Battlefield Lab inadvertently corrupted , DirectX components, or shared files, making the game unplayable. Because standard troubleshooting and driver reinstalls have proven entirely ineffective, I would appreciate any guidance on how to identify and rectify the specific underlying modifications caused by the test client. Thank you.28Views0likes0CommentsCorrupt Cloud data
My account has encountered an EC:10607 error, with the system indicating that the cloud data is damaged. I suspect that multiple device logins have caused an archive conflict. I have independently completed various actions, such as repairing game files, cleaning up EA’s cache, disabling OneDrive cloud syncing, and modifying the permissions of the archive folder. However, the issue remains unresolved. I request that staff manually clean up the damaged cloud archive for this game, with the hope that this will reset the cloud archive service. I have some weapons that have got level 10. ZK383 ,Lewis Gun and Type 99. But the system did not provide me the level 10 master task. I have repeatedly sought help from EA help but to no avail. I cannot get in touch with the online customer service. "Customer service does not support this issue." **bleep** EA customer service👎Solved56Views0likes3Comments
