Same problem. Cant find any Africa servers in advanced search but they exist! I know how to use the filters too been using them well in BF1 for years
I posted about this on another thread.
For now the workaround is to reset the filters before doing searches. It's X on Xbox One.
Also mind your filters, specially the one for empty spaces. I usually check "None", "1-5" and "6-10", reason being it's very common for all servers outside US to be full so if you just look for servers with empty spaces it will often show no results.
