Aiming Down Iron Sights/Rails With a Scope Attached

Can I aim down the rails/iron sight of a weapon while a scope is attached ex. Medium scope? If so what button to switch between and if not I believe I have found another bug.

@Moskolonel Off topic: Would love to see a clean up as well. Not able to post in it but have it as an archive..
