aiming put you in/out/in/out sometimes

Summarize your bug When you want to fire, you're zooming in, but even if you didn't release the button on your mice, it put you out/in/out of the zoom and stop (sometimes it move your gun a little bit on the left too) It is not a problem with my mice, she's new and this bug is happening to my friends too, sometimes.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I notice it happens with medic guns - maybe couple time with assault rifle too it is particular because it's not in one map and it's not at a specific moment.
What happens when the bug occurs? put you out/in/out of the zoom and stop, sometimes it starts again and it's very hard to shoot
What should be happening instead? stay in the zoom if we didn't release the aiming button

I try once to repair the game and it didn't fix the problem
I played on good ping server and it is still happening
My friends try to repair the game too and it's still happening too
