Yes i noticed it aswell and its not just planes, its tanks aswell. I wanted to spawn on a tank to help my teammate, and i've seen like 4 people spawning in a tank at spawn while it said for me that there were no tanks available to spawn

    Haven't noticed tank issue in a while, plane bug is far more frequent for us
