Games Won't Load Past Splash Screen

I have tried every single method out there claiming to fix the issue for Windows 11 users but here I am, not able to load the game for whatever reason. I purchased BFV thru the EA store on the App if that matters. I'm currently installing BF2042 (sad days) on Steam so we'll see if that works. Anyone know any solid, concrete fixes?

Side note: SW BF2 (2019) opens on Steam with no issues.
