So basically what EA did, was not implementing native controller support for anything other than XBOX controllers (X-Input) for years.
This in essence forced players to rely on third party software to be able to use basic features, such as plug and play for a commonly used controller (PS4/5, Switch,..).
And then they proceed to just axe these third party software with their anticheat??
Talk about tone-deaf, holy.
BTW: This is not only affecting BF5, but as far as I know ALL EA titles. "Playing FC24 with a Dualsense Controller? [Removed] -EA
