can't even play online
my game says its in trial mode even though I have ea play (im on xbox one) I deleted my home console setting and reinstalled the game 3 times. I literally can't even play with my friends what do I do.

Try talking with EA support, nobody on this forums can assist you with account related issue. Game ownership is something that only support can resolve.
