Thank you for the report! Looks like it's going to get fixed in an upcoming patch per the Core Gameplay Designer.

How about tank rounds VS buildings? The 95mm howitzer on the Churchill cant break walls which makes no sense. Honestly ALOT of tank rounds fail to break walls.
