    Hey _suleman003,

Sorry to hear that there's been difficulty logging in to launch BFV the past couple of days.

If you haven't already, please try logging in while on mobile data, then switch back to your wired or wireless connection once the login process is complete. That EC 10001 workaround resolved the same error for some players.

Let us know how it goes, thanks!

hey i really appreciate the help. I did login via mobile data but once i tried to login back via my ethernet, it gives me the same error all over again... is the fix really to use mobile data everytime i want to login?.

    Hey _suleman003

    Thanks for that update!

Seeing as using mobile data worked, I suspect the error's root cause lies in the current routing between your wired network and EA's servers. This is something you'll have to contact your ISP to fix long-term, as it's unfortunately out of our control. If you're able to log in using a VPN without encountering this error, that would confirm it.

Using mobile data to log in before swapping over would be the temporary workaround.

Do you know why this problem has popped up? I have the exact same issue where anytime I shut my computer down EA throws a fit and I get the EC:10001 error again. I don't have reliable data coverage where my PC is located, so trying to log in on my phone's hot spot can be a nightmare. Is there anything EA is doing to try and figure out why suddenly their servers aren't communicating with the community's ISPs? This was never an issue for me until recently, and the workaround of using your phone's data is a just that, a work around, not a fix.
