This is not happening.

There will be no new challenges.
I've tried everything I can check online.
And LiveChat doesn't work at all.
I've tried so many ways in a few days.
Pop-ups will never be created.
I'm sure I've done everything in my power.

I have witnessed hundreds of cases.
Frankly, your service is deliberate.
Instead, only the employees who are criticized suffer.

There is no email and no live chat.
How do you solve this now? I'm going crazy.
I've already done it all. Please tell me your final destination.

    Hi @nowown If you're missing an assignment you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ. They sometimes work:

    However, if they don't work then you would need to contact EA Help for assistance. The different support topics at EA Help give different contact options, so you may need to try a few which are close to your problem until you see the live chat or email options.

    @ElliotLH No it doesn't work at all. I've already done it more than ten times.
    I live in Korea. Is Naver wholesaler the problem, not Gmail? I changed it.

    I've done what I need to set up on Chrome. And I've tested it with Opera, Edge.

    @nowown Give it a try while not signed into your account. Sometimes that affects the contact options. Just make sure you select the options you continue without signing in.

    @nowown I just got a live chat by selecting Battlefield V then the "I need help loading my game" option. It doesn't match your issue, but an agent should be able to create a case still.
