assault proficiency assignment does not show
the assault proficiency assignment does not show up in my assignments even though I have unlocked it.
EA support directed me here: " You need to report the issue on the form through the given link and team will show it and working on it to fixed out and from your side i also sharing your feedback know for you hopefully it will be resolved asap."
who can fix this issue for me?

I'm sorry to say that while posting here for feedback is fine, there is nobody here who can unlock items. This is also a well-known issue that has been happening for a long time now.
In this case I'd suggest going back to EA Help and trying again. It may be that another of their agents will be able to help you.
