7 years agoThanks for the video. Try these steps below to see if it fixes it for you.
- Update drivers for your video card and sound card
- Right-click on BFV in Origin and select "Repair."
- Unplug your headset and and re-insert it.
- If you are using any overlays, try disabling them to see if you experience any sound issues.
- Check the sound panel from your desktop icon when the game is launched to see if a playback device was changed. You can also hit the troubleshoot sound problems option.

Here is how to do App Recovery for the EA Desktop app. (I think that is what you're referring to, not the EA Play app).
