HELP: Backup Between Different Platforms

Hello,

I've played BF V on EA platform for years. I don't have it on Steam.

Recently, I purchased the game on Steam on the most recent discounts. If I launch the game, will I have all my progress backed up on Steam from EA? If not, how to get them back?
