Unfortunately, I believe this is an 'unintended' consequence of raising the armor strength by 25% in the Feb 12 patch notes. The only reason the AP shell does any damage is it was boosted by 30%. Without the AP shells the damage output is too low to register a hit. #RIPt38
t38 autocannon cant even damage stationary weapons like cannon, retaliation is imposible.
Still a big issue!!
