Ban Issues Regarding BFV
My main account is StanLBX. My account was banned on March 30, 2026.I have never used cheats in Battlefield V.
I am a hardcore FPS gamer.I’ve been totally obsessed with BFV lately, and this game has truly brought me a lot of joy.
But just a few days ago, my account was suddenly banned, which hit me extremely hard. I have never used any cheating software or hardware, and there are no abnormal patterns in my match records or stats at all. I tried to submit an appeal, but I never received any reply from customer support, which made me really disappointed.
I sincerely ask the staff to carefully review my case. This game means the world to me. After my main account was banned, I tried playing BFV on other accounts, yet those also got banned after just a few matches. I suspect my device has been blacklisted, and this is absolutely ridiculous.I'm a player from China. To play this game, I have to use a game accelerator. Switching nodes causes my IP address to become unstable, but there’s no other way around it. If this is the reason for my ban, then I truly have no recourse.
I truly love this game with all my heart, but this false accusation of cheating has made me a laughingstock among my friends and has greatly affected my daily life. Now I wait every single day for an email from EA, and it’s incredibly tough. I just want to play this game—I genuinely love it so much. Please, I beg you, review my case thoroughly. Thank you for your hard work.
