Banned account but not cheating

Hello everyone!
I would have a problem that my account was banned 4 days ago because I actually committed cheating on the game, although it only took 2 hours, I tried it. I bought the game again at another email address yesterday, but I did not use any cheats on it anymore and did not even want to. After 4 hours I would have started a new map and account was banned, is it possible that I have an IP ban at this time and all new accounts will be closed?
I have already written to ea support but no response since yesterday

Experience with someone?

    @N1xX_HUN about a Ban on you account, probably nobody in here can help you and you need to actually reach out to an EA Advisor from the support and explain the situation. Then they'll check and probably tell you what they can or can't do.

    Try to reach an advisor via the "live chat" option, there you can chat with someone in real time. 

    Could be not available at some time due to different working times or maybe weekends. Not sure. 

    Create a case and follow the steps to get to live chat option

    @Its_Travis_199 I can't find a live chat button anywhere, I haven't even seen one, there is only an email option :/

    @N1xX_HUN That's what i meant, might be not available to see at certain times.

    But i don't know exactly when it should pop up.

    If you think you were banned by mistake and you'd like to appeal your ban, please contact EA ToS team for investigation your case by following the steps from this article: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    Unfortunately, no one can help you with account suspension here on the forums as no one has abilities to do so from the forums. Since that, I'm going to close this thread.
