My account was blocked by mistake

Hello EA Support,

I would like to request a manual review of my Battlefield V ban.

The game was purchased legitimately on my personal EA account, and I only started playing recently. I was surprised to receive a permanent ban for alleged gameplay modifications.

I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage in Battlefield V.

The only software I normally use is NVIDIA Overlay. I also have MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner installed on my PC for hardware monitoring, but they were not running while I was playing the game.

Because I have not used any cheating software, I believe this ban may have been issued in error. I respectfully request a manual investigation and review of my account activity.

I only played 4hours I was banned
