Banned account to get unlinked.
Hello, I have another account which is banned and that account is linked to my steam account. I bought BF 2042 today and when I try to open the game, I can't play it since I am linked to the linked EA account. The account is banned because of violating ToS and I respect that as I remember I did so.
The point is, live support doesn't help me unlink the account. I have talked to them and they sent an inquiry to the ToS team and they rejected uplifting the ban (which is something I respect too).
But why can't you unlink my account without getting the ban uplifted? I do not get it. Just unlink it and it is okay. Delete/remove whatever is needed but just please let me play the game please.
the account is "[edit: email address removed]" and the ID is "ThisManRocks". I just want to play the game which I paid for. Just need to get the account unlinked.

The support teams hands would be tied. If there is a ban on the account, no account changes can be made to that EA account, that includes added or unlinking connected accounts.
