Wrongful Permanent Ban on Battlefield V

 

Dear EA Terms of Service Team,

I am submitting this final appeal after all previous ones were rejected.

My Battlefield V account was permanently banned on May 7, 2026. I have never cheated or used any hacks, macros, or third-party tools. I am a legitimate paying player who has spent over 100 USD / 600 RMB on weapon skins.

I registered in 2022 and have played 666 hours legitimately. I live in China and use a game accelerator, which may have caused IP changes leading to a false positive.

I have no reason to cheat. This account has been part of my life for 4 years. Losing it after so much time and money invested is heartbreaking.

I kindly request one final thorough manual review of my gameplay logs. I swear I am innocent. Please restore my account, progress, and purchased items.

    I have now submitted 8 appeals, but every time the team just repeats that the decision is correct without any detailed explanation.

    I have absolutely no reason to cheat in a game with less than 10,000 daily active players. I am a loyal paying player who has spent real money on the game and played legitimately for 666 hours over 4 years. 

    This ban has left me very frustrated and sad. This account means a lot to me.

    Sorry to hear you’ve been dealing with this.

    I understand why this would be upsetting, especially after putting so much time and money into the account. Unfortunately, bans and appeals can’t be reviewed or handled here on the forums.

    If you’ve already submitted appeals, that remains the only route for the Terms of Service team to review the action. If you still have the option available, you can try submitting another appeal and include the additional context you mentioned.

    I understand why you feel that way, especially after so many appeals and with how much the account means to you.

    If you’ve already submitted that many appeals without a different outcome, then I’m sorry to say this may end up being the final decision.
