Banned when account was not being used
I purchased battlefield 5 on epic games, it asked me to launch and log in to the EA launcher which I did, then I got the "Your account has been banned"
I didnt use my account for quite some time, according to my personal information that I got from EA account https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/downloaddata/index
Was banned on 2024-10-10
My last login before that was on 2022-09-05
I already changed my password with no success.
I refunded the game once I confirmed I cannot play it online.
