Battle Field 5 wont launch

Quick question here so my battle field will not launch ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and everything else ive tried hasnt worked and im stuck anyone know what to do?

Hey @carterpc12 Have you tried a Clean Boot to see if the game launches?

Hey I've just purchased Battlefield 5 Downloaded it and everything. When I try to Accept the Agreement EA online terms to play online. It just says A error has occurred please check connection
