how do I sign in to battlefield 5 I already reset my password like it told me to but it’s still telling me the same thing

Ive got the same problem going on says no valid ea account and then says your login credentials might have expired and all you need to do is reset the password. I done this twice. And been messing with it for hours. There is also no option to sign in and I wish there was an option to sign it cause it would fix the problem.
