Stats Reset

Please help . I've been playing battlefield for years , why are my stats reset.. how do I get my progress back??

    Hi cIoudsbro,

    I've moved your post from an old thread and created a new topic. 

    If you're certain that you are logging into the right account, then you'll most likely need to open a case at help.ea.com. we can't see account details here, so EA Help are best placed to investigate.
