Captain Hadlow
The camouflage pattern that you have certainly already unlocked in the challenges of this second week of the Battlefest, is very unusual.
The reason is that these colors were made after the Second World War.
The Maschinenfabrik Niedersachen Hanover factory in Hanover, which made the German tanks had been invaded by the Allies and heavily damaged by the bombing of the war.
The new British command, which consisted of Captain WJ Hadlow, decided to finish the tanks already built and thus to transfer the production to the Laatzen firearms factory. All finishing work was done by skilled workers from the Maschinenfabrik Niedersachen Hanover factory.
But in 1945, the German industry was short of everything, including painting.
Captain WJ Hadlow and the new management then decide to make the pattern of this camouflage "that you can see on this tank located at the Bovington Tank Museum" simply from the remains of paint remaining in the factory store.
This camouflage is in #battlefieldV on German tanks, Tiger1 and Sturmgeschütz IV.
