I'm attaching a video so that you guys can understand the problem. I try to explain it here also - When I try to open the game, the dialogue box opens, and it closes, but the game does not open. And when I check Steam, it shows the game is running and also shows run time, but in reality, I never played the game because it never opens.
I also experience this: the game starts, I join a match, and after 5 minutes the Wi-Fi turns off, as if it was never set up. It disappears in Device Manager, and then after another 5 minutes the Wi-Fi comes back. This happens in BF1 and BF5; there's no such problem in BF2042.

I downloaded the EA Javelin anti-cheat from this link, ran the application, and uninstalled the anti-cheat that came with BF5 (both as administrator and regular). I then installed EA Javelin anti-cheat by showing it as BF5, but now when playing on a server, the Wi-Fi completely disappears after 5 minutes. I tried it on both 2.5Hz and 5Hz; the Wi-Fi turns off. Whenever I exit BF5 or BF1 and return to the main menu, the Wi-Fi reactivates itself.
Your game runs 5 minutes, but my game never opens.
And no customer support is available to help me.

i have a solution, make sure One Drive is definitely running, for me my PROFSAVE_profile in documents\Battlefield V\settings was saved in One Drive, and because of syncing issues it wasn't loading the appropriate permissions, resulting in the silent crash, this entirely solved my problem, so i hope it helps for you too!
You are right, the specific folder is not syncing. I tried everything, but still not syncing. Will you please help me with this problem also?
Have you at least been able to locate the file? Or is there something wrong with OneDrive?

Rename the “settings” file located inside the Documents\Battlefield V folder. Then launch the game again and it should be fixed. The PROFSAVE_backup_profile and PROFSAVE_profile files usually cause crashes without any error messages due to DX12 and similar changes. When you rename the file, start the game again and it will create a new one during launch. Since it will generate a clean file, the game should open without issues.
Note: We are renaming the Settings folder so the game cannot find it and is forced to create a new one. Also, recreating this file will reset your in-game key bindings and fine-tuned settings back to default. Don’t worry — synchronization will take place and your settings should return afterward. However, your audio settings may not be restored.
