I tried ALL fixes i found in other forums and nothing worked. I click "play" button and nothing happens.
May it be a problem with one of the pc components, like gpu? Because i formated the pc and nothing changed
Ok, so it ended up being a CPU problem. I tested all the pc components and finally figured out that the CPU (i5 9400f) was the problem. The store gave me a new one and now boths games run perfectly.

Were you able to update your video drivers after you formatted your PC? Looking at the DxDiag you attached it appears the drivers are pretty out of date.

Yes, I installed that drivers in order to test ones that were released before the game started failing to me. Now I have the more recent drivers (v446.14 05/27/2020) and nothing changed.
I'm having same issues.
BFV lauches to menu, freezes and crashes to desktop
BF1 has black screen and "LOADING" then crashes
Updated all drivers, bios etc and tried all the workarounds i could find and nothing

Can we try something to see if it helps? I'm curious what would happen if you start up your PC in a Clean Boot before attempting to launch BFV or BF1. If there's something else running on the PC that's not allowing the game to launch that might help.
