Got it, thanks! If you need more details on how to open the ports on your particular router/modem I'd recommend checking out the Port Forward website. They have step-by-step instructions for a huge list of different hardware.

Thanks for giving it a shot!
Another step that may help is setting a static IP address in Windows. I've seen cases where that can fix similar issues. You can find more details on how to set this up over at the Port Forward website.

Thank you for giving that a shot as well.Would you mind running a UOTrace when you've got the chance? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening along the way we should be able to spot it.
