Since a week a go I've gotten nothing but lag and huge stutters and frame rate drops to the point that BF5 is now unplayable. What happened? Love the game but man, can't play it anymore... heartbreaking.
Found the Fix! I changed the DX11 to DX12 in the advanced video settings. (might have been DX12 to DX11)
Someone in game chat suggested it.
Also. I've had the "packet loss" and the "slow internet" symbols displayed on right side of the screen in-game for awhile now, But now the icons are RED and not Orange. this is bad. hope for a fix soon.

You should try reinstalling your game, also check your internet connection stability.
Most likely your internet connection is not stable.
Reinstalling the game did not help at all.
But, I updated my graphics card drivers and that fixed the issue!
I take that back. The issue persists. I played again later today and the same lag, fps drops are back as if they never left. I'm done.
I have same problem very bad lagg. I am on console. The lagg started few weeks ago. It's very bad.
