Battlefield 4 and 5. Unable to connect to EA servers

When I launch Battlefield 4 or Battlefield 5, it says that I am disconnected from the EA servers. When I click "Go Online", it either tries to connect for a few seconds and brings me back to the same...

Hi @Nutmusprime, 


Thank you for giving that a shot as well. 

Would you mind running a UOTrace when you've got the chance? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's something happening along the way we should be able to spot it. 

For more details on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Look for the section on that article titled How to Run a UOTrace. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message.
