Battlefield 5, can't find purchased item

Hello there, recently I purchased a sniper rifle in Battlefield V, but I can't find where to equip it ? I've looked into my current weapons It's not there !

@Gaby_Mukbang I don't honestly know if it's possible to get a refund. If you made the purchase through EA then it would be worth getting in touch with EA Help, they should be able to advise you if you can get a refund.

@ElliotLH hi, I don't know which rifle, but it was a sniper, I bought it from Armory, after I bought it a notification popped up saying it has been delivered to my company. I checked my company there's none, there's only my normal default weapons
