Battlefield 5 can't start on pc

我想启动我的游戏，但我无法启动它。启动时间可以持续长达 5 分钟甚至更长时间。当游戏窗口出现时，出现以下错误：“请从您的发行版启动游戏。如果问题仍然存在，请修复您的游戏并重试。我尝试重新安装 Steam、EA App 和游戏。但仍然无法启动。我从 Steam 购买了该游戏，并且之前能够正常玩它。
