Battlefield 5 Crashes in menus with no crash report

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Manufacturer ATI Model Radeon RX 580 Series Device ID 1002-67DF
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16GB Ram VRam on graphic card 8GB
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Game selection Menu
Please select your region Europe
On which server did this happen? N/A
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05.10.2019
Summarize your bug I can launch the game fine and use the main menu somewhat fine with no errors, but once I press the play button and go into the game select menu I can play Firestorm fine, it launches and load properly, but once I try to play normal multiplayer the game freezes as soon as I hit the button to open the server browser I get thrown back to the desctop without any error message/Crash report.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game, press play and open the server browser by clicking the multiplayer button.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes on the transittion screen when the server browser opens up and crashes, sending me to the desctop
What should be happening instead? The server browser opens up and I can play the game normally

    Hello. @EA_Atic and @iluminatethesky

    Have found a solution to my problems. is not a lasting solution.
    but work for me. I need to go to: This PC> Documents> Battlefield V
    crash dumps:
    Screenshots:
    settings:
    twinkle:

    After that I have to delete all files that can be deleted. Some files cannot be deleted. but it solves my problem until the game crashes again.

    Then I have to go in and do the same thing again, then I come in again to play a period.

    But if anyone has a permanent solution to my problem, I'd appreciate it.

    Big thanks to everyone who has tried to help me so far.

    Many good suggestions.

    Hey @Egon1960

    Sorry to hear about this.

    Can you try these steps?

    1. Disable the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher

    2. Clear Origin Cache: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

    3. Run Origin and Battlefield V as Administrator

    4. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

    5. Close Background Apps: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/programs-that-may-cause-conflicts-with-origin/

    6. Clean uninstall/reinstall of your Graphics Drivers: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

    I've tried 5 of 6 of your suggestions.

    But don't trust the guru3d.com publisher. so this I will not try on sorry.

    But BF V has the same problems. will send you a new movie of what happens during the startup of BF V.

    My data is the next newly purchased. to have had the few service guarantee. 14 days ago. then they switched to a new ssd:
    Corsair Force Series MP510 480GB M.2 SSD
    PCIe Gen3 x4, M.2 NVMe, up to 3480 / 2000MB / s read / write, 800TBW

    But problems still exist.

    @Egon1960  These crash reports are for devs to read up on to see what the issue is. 

    Could you try a new Windows account with Admin rights and see if the same issue is happening for you.

    @EA_Atic Yes, this solution does work temporarily. Is there a more permanent fix to this? Or anything I can do? Thanks for your help
