5 years agoIt is possible your GPU is not actually being used when you try to play.
Make sure your display is connected to your video card and not your motherboard and then follow these steps:
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield V\bfv.exe
- Select bfv.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

my display is connected to my GPU and what setting do i choose in nvidea control panel??? beacuse its still not working it dfoes the same excact thing
- 5 years ago@SergeantJoeyz Hi, would recommend reinstall origin client.
Reinstall NVIDIA driver - turn off audio driver.
You can when problem is not solved also upload DXdiagnostics
"From anywhere in Windows, press and hold the Windows key (on the bottom-right of your keyboard, between Ctrl and Alt) and simultaneously press R
The Run dialog will appear
Type "dxdiag" and press Enter
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool will appear, showing all of your system information
Click on "Save All Information..." at the bottom of the window
Optionally rename the file and then save it to a location of your choice"- 5 years ago
Here is my DXdiagnostics and its still not fixed
- 5 years ago@EA_Barry Dude, tech support JUST fixed this for me a few hours ago. He had me rename the BF5 file in my documents folder to something else and it redownloaded from the cloud. Game plays fine now. Try that.
