Battlefield 5 crashing without error

Hello,

I have got EA Play through Xbox Ultimate Game Pass. I downloaded Battlefield 5 from both Xbox and EA Desktop app. The game doesn't seem to launch and crashes without any errors (It just goes to the loading black screen and suddenly comes back to desktop). And I don't even see an option to Verify/Repair on the EA Desktop app (this really doesn't make sense because do we have to uninstall and install every time we have a problem?). 

I thought the EA App was buggy and tried using Origin, And I dont even see Battlefield 5 game in my Games Library. It is asking me to buy the game or get it now through EA Play (It is asking me to subscribe to EA Play aswell) even though I have EA Play already.

I dont know how to explain this case because it's totally weird and I just had to talk to 2 advisors from EA Support who just ditched me half way without giving proper resolution.

I hope the community can help me with this issue.

    Hey, @fr0mtheshad0ws  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield V and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    Hey, @EA_Atic I have tried the above troubleshooting steps and there is no change, it still persists. I have also attached the DxDiag information for your reference.

    @EA_Atic I've tried doing that today and I got an error regarding the Activation64.dll (The game didn't even launch this time.)

    Hey @EA_Atic, this is really tiring man. I actually reinstalled the game since that is only feasible way instead of doing all these troubleshooting steps which didn't help me in anyway.

    Well, anyways I reinstalled the game and I encountered with another weird bug/glitch or whatever. I have the game installed and It still fudging shows me that I have to download the game. OMG IS EA APP FRICKIN' DRUNK?????!

    Even my Jedi Fallen Order doesn't open, but this is another error for Jedi Fallen Order, It says "Your game failed to launch" (try again a little later).

    WHAT THE HELL am I supposed to do with this? I gotta reinstall every frickin time I get an error?

    Please @EA_Atic help me with this. I've attached the screenshots for your reference.

    @fr0mtheshad0ws Can you try a new Windows Account with Admin rights. Its to see if something not working with your windows account.

    Eu tenho mesmo problema, não consigo iniciar o jogo, aparece sempre uma caixa de diálogo a avisar que é erro da EA e não consigo desinstalar o jogo, para tentar descarregá-lo de novo. Li os diálogos anteriores e peço ajuda da mesma forma para me ajudarem com esta situação. (português)
