Battlefield 5 Deluxe Edition pre-order bonuses
I bought the deluxe version of BattlefieldV. It said i get 20 airlift items. After almost a week I never got any aitlift items. When do they come out?

Sadly I know that too but i didn't even get the first one.
Actually if you read the bonus it is suppose to be 20 Items a week.

Hey @Whophlungdapoo @Gjiz3 @SPACEeaGOAT, We’ll have a detailed rundown on what everyone gets in their Airlifts coming out soon. The 20 Airlifts consist of 2 emblems, 13 weapon part skins, 2 sidearm skins, and 1 uniform set (3 pieces).

Most any other preorder for a game that I have ever purchased, any of the preorder bonus content was given at the standard launch date, not a month or two later. There was no information that I have seen prior to this about it being delayed or not getting it at game launch. Why was is delayed? What is the point of preordering anymore? If it over the course of 20 weeks with the delay... are we going to get the first 8 items if its not starting until 2 months after launch or are we actually going to have to wait to get one item per week? I had wondered why I hadn't seen any of the bonus items. I feel very disappointed in how the launch of this game has gone. I am one of the many that are upset that I preordered the game and then shortly after launch people had the chance to buy it for half the price. Now I discover that I'm not even going to get what I paid for other than a few days of early access. Not worth it to me. It would be nice to be more informed, especially with the game delay to begin with... I knew about that because of the announcement, but delaying our bonus items?! I feel like we should have seen information about this a long time ago, like before game release.
