Battlefield 5 didn't receive any veteran rewards

I never received any of the Veteran kits for Battlefield 5. I own BF3 BF4 BFH BFBC2 and BF1 (And BF5 of course 😉) For PC but I never got to choose a veteran kit. I didn't pre order Battlefield 5, ...

Also I would recommend calling EA or DICE LA for support (Please grant XP if this helped)
