@slyckb I think you have to go to https://support.xbox.com/ and ask to delete your trial version.

Many have the problem. The status that you are a test player on your system can only be removed by Microsoft support.I don't know why they're sending you back here.

@slyckb Sadly, not every support employee knows how to fix this for you. You have to keep trying, as they are the only ones able to delete the trial version from your account. Hopefully, the next one you are asking is able to do this for you. 🙂
