[Help] False Cheating Ban on Battlefield V

Hello everyone,

I am a longtime Battlefield V player who registered in 2022. I have legitimately played 658.9 hours and spent over 600 RMB in the game.

On May 7, 2026, my account was suddenly permanently banned for "Gameplay enhancement" (alleged cheating).

I have never used any cheats, hacks, macros, or third-party tools. I have always played fairly.

I have already submitted multiple appeals through the official website, and the case is currently Pending. However, I have not received any resolution yet. This account means a lot to me after so many years of play and investment.

I swear on my life and my family that I am completely innocent. If there is any evidence of cheating, I am willing to accept any punishment.

I kindly request a thorough manual review from the official team. I can provide purchase receipts, playtime screenshots, and any other proof needed.

    Your only option is to wait for a response from the EA ToS team, nobody else can assist you with the ban appeal process.

  • I have already submitted my first appeal, but it was rejected by EA.

    My second appeal has been pending for a full week now, but I still haven’t received any reply or update from them.

  • I swear on my life, my family's honor, and everything I hold dear that I have never cheated. I am willing to accept any consequence if any evidence of cheating is found, because I know none exists.

    I am 100% innocent. I have never used any cheats or hacks, and I am willing to put my entire account history and reputation on the line

    Your only option is to wait for a response from the EA ToS team, nobody else can assist you with the ban appeal process.

    I completely understand the frustration. Unfortunately as danisoff​ as pointed out there is nothing we can do here on the forums for banned accounts. As you've already contacted support to appeal the ban you will need to wait for a response. 

    While I can't guarantee that the ban will be removed, submitted appeals are always investigated fully.

    Unfortunately, my second appeal was also rejected. I am extremely sad and frustrated right now.

    I have never cheated in Battlefield V. I have no reason to cheat — the game has fewer than 5,000 players online, and I have spent over 100 USD on weapon skins.

    This account is 4 years old. I have played it for countless days and nights. Battlefield V has become a very important part of my life. I love the game's art style and music. I don't have many friends in real life, and this game has accompanied me through many lonely times.

    I don't have the time or energy to start over with a new account. Please return my account, my progress, and my skins to me.I sincerely hope the ToS team can give my case one final, fair manual review.😫

    I have played Battlefield V for 4 years (registered in 2022). I have legitimately played 658.9 hours and spent over 100 USD on weapon skins. The game has fewer than 5,000 players online right now — I have absolutely no reason to cheat.

     

    I have already submitted two appeals:

    - First appeal was rejected

    - Second appeal has also been rejected

     

    I swear I have **never** used any cheats, hacks, or third-party tools. I am 100% innocent.

     

    This account is extremely important to me. Battlefield V has accompanied me through many lonely days and nights. I love the game's art style and music — it has become a big part of my life. I don't have many real-life friends, and I don't have the time or energy to start over with a new account.

     

    Losing this account feels like losing four years of memories and investment.

     

    I sincerely beg the EA team and the community for help. Please give my case one final thorough manual review. I just want my account, my progress, and my skins back.
