Battlefield 5 help

I want to buy a Fliegerfaust from your company department but I can't buy it. After paying the money it appears as a cross and then the purchase phase comes again. How can ı get that gun ?

    Double check the Armory in case you just need to claim it. It's been a while, but if memory serves, this gadget was given away for free and doesn't need to be purchased.
