Battlefield 5 ignoring per-app audio settings

I can't belive this isn't fixed. It was an issue in battlefield 1 and it continues to be an issue in battlefield 5. I specified my audio to settings to use my headset for battlefield 5, but battlefie...

    So, I decided to check this out myself. It works fine here, is this the place where you change the default audio device?

What version of Windows 10 are you running? Can you attach a screenshot of the command "winver" within CMD?

edit: Certain versions of Windows 10 do not full functionality.
