Start by reinstalling the game and making sure your CPU and GPU drivers are fully up to date. This should resolve the issue.
I have reinstalled it but nothing helps as well as freezes and lags.
Have you checked for updates for the GPU and CPU drivers? Also, check that no program is running in the background when launching the game.
I updated the drivers, reinstalled the game, but nothing works. I turn off the app in the background.
