Battlefield 5 locks up when reporting hackers

Dice has instructed players to report suspected users of cheating.  After about reporting four players, the game will lock up and i have to use task manager to shutdown the game.  This has happened at least a dozen times.  Can you provide guidance?

    Apologies changes were made to our Help articles, you can find the repair section at the bottom of this page. For clearing cache are you unable to find the files or what issue are we running into?

    No.  Didn't help.  The repair link is a dead link.  Cannot determine how to clear the cache.  This would be a lot easier if Dice would be serious about the massive cheating on BF5 instead of having players police the game for you.
