Battlefield 5 Origin Premier and Airlifts

Question

Sorry for poor English.Have a standard edition of Battlefield 5. Resently activated Origin Access Premier and upgraded it to Deluxe. Got the airlifts. Blockade runner torso and legs, full Red Devil set for StG 1-5 and almost full for KE-7. But dont get the Blockade runner headgear. Question: its a bug with receiving the headgear, or its a bug with receiving airlifts from deluxe edition?

Air lifts only start at the moment of purchase so if getting premiere was recent, you might have to wait a little longer -- these items are a little buggy and don't seem to be handed out in order, and every week, like advertised.

I do remember a lot of people wondering about their headgear though - you can always contact an EA advisor to see if they can remedy the situation. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

Most likely you have not yet come all the air supplies. If this is not the case, please contact technical support for clarification.

The case is that i have the airlifts when purchase Premiere and got nothing for 2 weeks. New items doesnt appear. I tried to contact the Help Center. They say me go to Battlefield Forum for advice.

I even tried to buy the Deluxe edition separately - all remains the same.
