Battlefield 5 stuck at menu screen ps4

So when i try to play the game, after i press x at the menu screen, nothing happens. It doesnt load at all, there is music in the background. I have tried to delete the game and downloading it again and that didnt work. I also opened the game as a guest user and it did work there. Wtf?

    Hello @axl878axl878 Try to delete your saves from game and try to start game again, if it didnt help let me know. 🙂

    Dude I've had this problem for 5 months, called EA they didn't help and ur thread just SAVED ME, bro no * but ILY 😍🤣🤣😂😂

    Tried this and nothing just stuck.or at least think I deleted data correctly.

    @EA_Atic I have same problem now on xbox, game loads, select profile to play as then nothing but music. I've reset console, deleted profile, cleared saved data & even uninstalled & reloaded game - still stuck.
